Garlic Shrimp

  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup parsley, minced


  1. Sauté garlic in butter.
  2. Remove from heat; add lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, parsley and chives. Stir.
  3. Add shrimp.
  4. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  5. Put shrimp on skewers.
  6. Put foil on barbecue and lay shrimp on foil.
  7. Grill for 6 to 10 minutes or until done.
