Grilled Salmon Burgers


  • 1 (15 1/2) ounce) can salmon
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish


  1. Mix all ingredients well. Make into four large or six small patties.
  2. Grill over a finely meshed grill screen on the barbecue grill or broil fairly far away from the heat in a broiler for about six minutes on each side.
  3. Serve on buns.
