Lemon Dill Salmon Grill



  • 2 tablespoons dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar with tarragon
  • Juice of 2 lemons


  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour marinade over 1 1/2 pounds salmon steaks.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, turning once.
  4. Brush remaining marinade on salmon while grilling.
