Tequila Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 to 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Shell and devein shrimp; chill.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Place shrimp on skewers.
  4. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
