Grilled Sweet Peaches with Ice Cream

Peaches and cream…naturally; grilled peaches and ice cream are equally good.

Ingredients

• Georgia peaches
• Butter, melted
• Brown sugar
• Salt
• Lemon
• Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

1. Coat the peaches in melted butter, and sprinkle on a generous coating of brown sugar, with a pinch of salt.
2. Grill over medium for about 3-4 minutes per side, and serve warm with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a quality vanilla ice cream.
