Lemon Basil Pork Chops
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, cut into thin strips
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 loin pork chops, at least 1-inch thick
- Mix the first four ingredients. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade to brush
on while grilling.
- Pour remaining marinade over the pork chops, and refrigerate them for 2
hours, turning once.
- Grill chops for approximately 20 minutes, turning them once and basting
