Peachy Mustard Pork Chops

Serve these chops with grilled red onions, mashed sweet potatoes, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.


  • 4 New York (top loin) pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves
  • 1/3 cup honey mustard
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Stir together preserves, mustard and lemon juice.
  2. Grill chops over a medium-hot fire, turning occasionally and basting with sauce, just until done, 8-9 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
  3. Discard any leftover basting sauce.
