Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 whole chickens (cut in halves)
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 5 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken halves for 2 hours in above ingredients.
  2. Place on smoker; put drained liquid in bottom of pan.
  3. Hickory chips or crab apple sticks may be added to coals.
  4. Cook for 5 hours.
