Chipotle Marinade



  • 1 can chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime zest
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour over your favorite meat (chicken, pork, or beef) and let marinate at least six hours.
