- 1 can chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons lime zest
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour over your favorite meat (chicken, pork, or beef) and let marinate at least six hours.
