Five-Spice Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger root
  • 2 teaspoons five-spice powder
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing bag.
  2. Add 4 pork chops to bag, seal and refrigerate overnight.
