Ginger-Apricot Glaze

Gives pork chops a last-minute glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root

Instructions

  1. Stir ingredients together.
  2. Brush onto meat on grill during last 5 minutes of cooking.

Makes 1 1/4 cups.
