Marinade for Grilled Salmon
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- A generous pinch of kosher or sea salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 scallions chopped
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- Combine all ingredients except salmon.
- Put salmon in a small baking dish, and pour half the marinade over the fish.
Reserve the rest of the marinade for basting during grilling.
- Place salmon in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Grill four minutes on each side.
