Marinade for Grilled Salmon



  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • A generous pinch of kosher or sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 1 pound salmon fillet


  1. Combine all ingredients except salmon.
  2. Put salmon in a small baking dish, and pour half the marinade over the fish. Reserve the rest of the marinade for basting during grilling.
  3. Place salmon in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Grill four minutes on each side.
