Use Mediterranean Rub as a coating for pork chops, ribs, tenderloin or kabobs.
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves
- 1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- Combine ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until garlic,
herbs and lemon zest are chopped finely and ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
Makes about 1 cup.
