Mediterranean Rub

Use Mediterranean Rub as a coating for pork chops, ribs, tenderloin or kabobs.


  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves
  • 1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt


  1. Combine ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until garlic, herbs and lemon zest are chopped finely and ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.

Makes about 1 cup.
