Rosemary Marinade for Lamb or Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Marinate lamb or chicken for 8 to 10 hours or overnight.
