Rosemary Marinade for Lamb or Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Marinate lamb or chicken for 8 to 10 hours or overnight.
