Rubbing Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate (optional)

Instructions

1. Rub sauce on meat. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. If not enough liquid to moisten well, add more oil.
