Shish Kabob Marinade

I use Shish Kabob Marinade all the time and it works with any kind of meat. I especially like it with sirloin, and like to marinate overnight for added flavor. Brush marinade over veggies also when cooking.

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup oil
• 1/2 cup honey
• 3 tablespoons vinegar
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Pour over meat in plastic bag.
3. Marinate several hours or overnight.
