Smoker Barbecue Sauce



  • 1 medium onion, cut up
  • 1 garlic clove, cut up
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup A-1 Sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • Juice from 1 lemon or lime
  • Salt, pepper, and other seasonings, to taste

  1. When cooking in a smoker, catch drippings in a pan.
  2. Take 1 cup of drippings and add the ingredients listed above. Cook to a boil. Reduce heat, and let simmer 15 minutes.
