Smoky Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce



  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle mesquite-flavor barbecue sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar seedless raspberry jam
  • 8 ounces white vinegar
  • 6 canned chipotles en adobo, chopped very fine
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, crushed


  1. Mix all over low-medium heat and simmer until well mixed.

This sauce is sweet and hot so you don't need too much.
