Smoky Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle mesquite-flavor barbecue sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) jar seedless raspberry jam
- 8 ounces white vinegar
- 6 canned chipotles en adobo, chopped very fine
- 3 tablespoons garlic, crushed
- Mix all over low-medium heat and simmer until well mixed.
This sauce is sweet and hot so you don't need too much.
