Onion Buttered Corn
- 1/2 cup Lipton Onion Butter
- 8 ears corn
- Place each ear of corn on large square of heavy-duty foil; spread with Onion Butter. Wrap, twisting ends; roast over hot coals about 25 minutes, turning frequently.
- Lipton Onion Butter: Blend 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix thoroughly with 1 (8 ounce) container whipped butter or soft margarine, or 1/2 pound butter or margarine.
- Store covered in refrigerator.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
