Chocolate Spiders



  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (5 ounce) can chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup salted peanuts


  1. Place chocolate chips in top of double boiler, bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
  2. Add noodles and peanuts, stirring well.
  3. Drop chocolate mixture by spoonsful onto greased baking sheets.
  4. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Yield: 3 dozen
