These delicious coconut-flavored brownies are scary simple to make, and the only boo you'll hear is when they've all disappeared!

  1. Ghosts: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Beat eggs and vanilla together; set aside.
  3. In a double boiler, melt butter and white chocolate chips; stirring to blend.
  4. Add butter/chocolate mixture into a large bowl. Stir in egg/vanilla mixture.
  5. Mix in flour and sugar until well combined.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared pan, spreading with spatula.
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  8. Place on a cooling rack and cool completely.
  9. Prepare frosting.
  10. Frosting: Add butter and chocolate morsels into double boiler bowl over heated water; stirring to blend.
  11. Add sugar, milk and vanilla; stir to combine.
  12. Add chopped coconut; stirring until well blended.
  13. Spread the frosting onto the cake in the pan, reserving 1 tablespoon frosting for decorating.
  14. Chill bars.
  15. Dip a ghost-shaped cookie cutter into powdered sugar and press cutter into cake. If the cake does not come out with the cutter, use an offset spatula to lift it out.
