Pork Chops in Creamy Cider Gravy

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Sauté both sides of pork chops in hot skillet until nicely browned.
  2. Remove from pan and lightly sauté onion.
  3. Add pork chops, apple cider and wine. Simmer until tender.
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup; stir and bring to boil.
  5. Serve with hot cooked rice.

Serves 6.
