Ham and Broccoli Hash

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine potatoes, ham and salt.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add potato mixture and flatten with a spatula. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with broccoli.
  5. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve immediately.
