Ingredients

  • 5 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1 cup unrefined sesame seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 small package dates, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup soy flour
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix oatmeal, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, dates, coconut, soy flour, powdered milk and wheat germ well.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the honey and vegetable oil. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Put all into a large roasting pan. Bake at 300 degrees F for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
