Health Cereal
Ingredients
- 5 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1 cup unrefined sesame seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 small package dates, chopped
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix oatmeal, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, dates, coconut, soy flour, powdered milk and wheat germ well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the honey and vegetable oil. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Put all into a large roasting pan. Bake at 300 degrees F for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
