Oatmeal Soak
This is used for sunburn or dry, tired skin.
Ingredients
- 1 cup regular oatmeal (not instant)
- 1/2 cup powdered orrisroot
Instructions
- Crush oatmeal flakes a little so they will release their minerals when you add them to water.
- Mix with orrisroot and place in the center of a plain piece of fabric. Tie into a ball. Take the ball into the bath and, after it has soaked awhile, rub
it over your skin.
- The ball can be used over again as many times as it seems to do its job.
