Pineapple-Cinnamon-Mint Foot Rub

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple flesh
  • 1 teaspoon chopped basil
  • 1/4 cup peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender on medium speed for 45 seconds, or until blended thoroughly.
  2. Rub mixture into feet, both top and bottom, and wrap in plastic. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, no more than 20 minutes, remove plastic and rinse feet with warm water.
