Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ounce lemon verbena
  • 1 ounce birch leaves
  • 1 ounce red clover

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add herbs.
  2. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Strain, and drink slowly.
