Relaxation Tea



1 part alfalfa

1 part chamomile

1 part dandelion

1 part horsetail

1 part oatstraw

Mix together and store in a labeled bottle.

To use: Steep 1 tablespoon in 1 cup hot water for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain.

This is also useful for rebuilding, as well as relaxing, worn tissues. It also helps ease tension of sore muscles.
