  • 1 part alfalfa
  • 1 part chamomile
  • 1 part dandelion
  • 1 part horsetail
  • 1 part oatstraw

Instructions

  1. Mix together and store in a labeled bottle.
  2. To use: Steep 1 tablespoon in 1 cup hot water for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain.
