Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 ounces ground pepper
  • 1 pint (2 cups) apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix ground pepper and vinegar. Leave the mixture in a dark place for two weeks, shaking it twice a day.
  2. Strain to remove the pepper before your rubdown.
