Sore Muscle Liniment



3 or 4 ounces ground pepper

1 pint apple cider vinegar

Mix ground pepper and vinegar. Leave the mixture in a dark place for two weeks, shaking it twice a day.

Strain to remove the pepper before your rubdown.
