Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ounce lemon verbena
  • 1 ounce lemon peel
  • 1 ounce valerian

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes; strain, and drink slowly.
