Boxed Cake Mix Cake

An amazing, beautiful, moist cake is the result of using an Instant Pot to bake a cake.

Equipment

• Instant Pot®
• 7-inch Bundt pan

Ingredients

• 1 (15.25 ounce) cake mix (any flavor)
• Ingredients called for on box

Instructions

1. Coat the bottom and sides of a Bundt pan with Pan Release. Place a trivet inside the inner pot. Add 1 cup water to inner pot.
2. Mix everything well in mixing bowl. Pour into prepared Bundt pan.
3. Use a sling to set the Bundt pan on the trivet.
4. Set the manual high pressure for 35 minutes and do a QPR (quick pressure release), making sure that the vent is sealed.
5. Flip the cake onto a plate, let cool, and frost or glaze as desired.
