Easy Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 3 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups mild or medium Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place the macaroni in the Instant Pot.
- Add garlic powder, salt, paprika and water.
- Close the lid; set to pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.
- After the pressure cook cycle is complete do a (QR) quick release.
- Carefully unlock and remove the lid and switch to low saute setting.
- Add the evaporated milk and Cheddar cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese is completely melted.
- Sprinkle some toasted bread crumbs over the top, if desired.
- Serve hot.
