Make asparagus omelets by chopping cooked asparagus

them in the broth along with any other vegetables you may want to use.
Slice it very thin, then heat up in a skillet with sliced green bell pepper, slivered
onion and fajita seasoning. Serve in warmed flour tortillas as fajitas.
