Baked Custard



  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 12 Splenda packets
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Place in a glass baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  2. Place baking dish in a shallow pan of water and bake at 325 degrees F for one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
