Easy Crabmeat Casserole

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces Cheddar, shredded
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ounces sherry

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and put into a 2 quart glass casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes.
