Homemade Horseradish

Yield: 1 1/4 cups; 15 servings (1 tablespoon per serving)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup horseradish, peeled and cubed into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 Splenda packets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process until pureed. Carefully remove cover of processor or blender, keeping face away from container.
  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
  3. Use as a condiment or in other recipes.
