Lime and Cumin Vinaigrette


  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil


  1. In a bowl whisk together the lime juice, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder and salt. Add the oil in a stream, whisking the vinaigrette until it is emulsified.

Makes about 1/2 cup; 2 servings.
