Lime and Cumin Vinaigrette
Yield: about 1/2 cup; 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together the lime juice, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder and salt. Add the oil in a stream, whisking the vinaigrette until it is emulsified.
