Low Carb Quiche

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick

Optional ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked meat (bacon, ham or leftovers of any kind)
  • 1 to 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained well
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Beat together eggs, milk and Bisquick.
  2. Add any or all of the optional ingredients.
  3. Grease bottom of a 9 inch quiche dish or pie pan.
  4. Pour egg mixture over this.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
