Broiled "Fried" Fish



  • 10 fish fillets
  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Mix cornmeal, salt and pepper on a plate.
  2. Rinse each fillet and roll in cornmeal mixture, then place on a broiler pan.
  3. Broil fish until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Turn over and broil until brown.
