Broiled "Fried" Fish
- 10 fish fillets
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Mix cornmeal, salt and pepper on a plate.
- Rinse each fillet and roll in cornmeal
mixture, then place on a broiler pan.
- Broil fish until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Turn over and broil until brown.
