Low-Fat Fried Chicken




  1. Cover a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray
  2.  In a shallow dish combine all ingredients except chicken and buttermilk.
  3. In a separate dish, dip chicken in buttermilk then roll in dry mixture and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes until golden.

Yield: 4 servings
