1 (8 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon poppy seed
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
Stir together the low-fat yogurt, honey, orange juice concentrate, poppy seed and orange peel. Cover and chill.
Makes about 1 cup or 16 (1 tablespoon) servings.
