Orange-Poppy Seed Dressing
- 1 (8 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
- 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
- Stir together the low-fat yogurt, honey, orange juice concentrate, poppy seed
and orange peel.
- Cover and chill.
Makes about 1 cup or 16 (1 tablespoon) servings.
