Pie Crust



  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup less 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt


  1. In a mixing bowl combine flour and salt; with a pastry blender or 2 knives used scissors-fashion, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  2. Add yogurt and mix thoroughly.
  3. Form dough into 2 equal balls.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour before rolling.
