Salmon Cheese Dip


  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup mashed canned salmon
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets


  1. Combine cottage cheese, salmon, dill weed and paprika.
  2. Stir in yogurt and chives.
  3. Serve in bowl surrounded with broccoli florets.
