Skinny Tartar Sauce
- 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon celery flakes
- Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth.
- Mix all other ingredients and refrigerate.
- Chill thoroughly.
