Chili Meat Balls


  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt


  1. Combine all ingredients well. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  2. Place 1 inch apart on large cookie sheet or in shallow pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Drain on paper towels, then serve.
