Olive Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper or seasoned salt
- 1 cup chopped stuffed olives
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 medium can mushrooms, with liquid
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Combine beef, salt, pepper (or seasoned salt), olives, crumbs and egg; form
into balls.
- Brown on all sides; add mushrooms and liquid. Simmer for 20 minutes; add
sour cream. Heat thoroughly.
Good served over rice.
