Olive Meatballs


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt and pepper or seasoned salt
  • 1 cup chopped stuffed olives
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 medium can mushrooms, with liquid
  • 1 cup sour cream


  1. Combine beef, salt, pepper (or seasoned salt), olives, crumbs and egg; form into balls.
  2. Brown on all sides; add mushrooms and liquid. Simmer for 20 minutes; add sour cream. Heat thoroughly.

Good served over rice.
