Spicy Mini-Meatballs


  • 1 1/2 tablespoons light rum
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pound lean ground beef


  1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
  2. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Bake at 300 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
  4. Serve with wooden picks.
