Hot Mustard Rump Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 to 5 pound) rump roast
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons hot mustard
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Salt roast.
  2. Mix remaining seasonings and rub over roast.
  3. Wrap securely in aluminum foil.
  4. Place in pan.
  5. Put one cup water in pan.
  6. Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F.
