Hot Mustard Rump Roast
Ingredients
- 1 (4 to 5 pound) rump roast
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons hot mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Salt roast.
- Mix remaining seasonings and rub over roast.
- Wrap securely in aluminum foil.
- Place in pan.
- Put one cup water in pan.
- Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F.
