Pot Roast
Ingredients
- 1 (3 pound) beef roast
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 4 to 6 medium potatoes
- 4 to 6 carrots
- 4 to 6 celery sticks
Instructions
- Mix the two soups together and pour over roast.
- Cover and bake at 300 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours.
- Peel potatoes and carrots. Cut celery into 3 inch pieces. Place around meat.
- Cover and continue baking at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
