No-Peek Beef Tips
The beef is super tender and delicious. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles. This isn't very pretty, but is is very tasty!
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet brown gravy
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
- 1 soup can water
Instructions
- Mix together in a 13 x 9 inch pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 300 degrees F for 3 hours. No peeking!
